I started teaching pilates in 2004, and taught full-time for 12 years. Over this time, I got certified in personal training (NASM), TRX, yoga, and took additional classes in Franklin Method, Feldenkris, advanced anatomy, physiology, pelvic floor, shoulder stability, spinal injuries.

Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, I currently teach privates through Zoom (or some other video calling service). For these sessions, I work with whatever props my client has available and I structure each session to meet my client where they are in that day.

After a series of dance and sports injuries and a major chronic illness had me sidelined from my once-active life, I came to pilates. It pulled me out of pain that I had from faulty movement patterns and muscular imbalances. Once I began teaching, I found how much I loved working with people and movement, and continued to learn more.

I work with people with chronic and terminal illnesses, with chronic pain and injuries, pre- and post-natal, as well as with athletes and people who just want to develop more strength to move with greater ease through their days.

Rates: 75$ per session
